Stephanie has been a full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Chicago since 2001, building a business rooted in trust, repeat clients, and referrals, which account for about 95% of her work. She believes clients are partners, not transactions, and prioritizes listening carefully to their goals, timelines, and budgets while exceeding expectations. Stephanie’s entrepreneurial spirit began in childhood and was shaped by her parents’ examples of hard work, growth, and balance, inspiring her to enter real estate at 21. She measures success not only by sales, but by educating and empowering clients to make confident decisions. Known for her analytical, strategic approach, she excels at pricing, negotiations, and advising clients on buying, selling, or renting. Backed by a strong team and extensive experience, she skillfully navigates complex transactions. Stephanie also supports clients long after closing, offering guidance on home improvements and finances. Kendra joined the Stephanie Cutter Group in the Fall of 2024. She comes to our team with seven years of experience at Coldwell Banker Realty and is dedicated to being a resource for clients at every step of the buying and selling processes. Before becoming a real estate agent, Kendra earned her M.A. in Education Administration from Santa Clara University and her B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University, East Bay (formerly known as Hayward). She then went on to pursue a career in higher education administration, where she spent 12 years managing various initiatives and human resources related activities for faculty at top-tier universities. The communication, project management and customer service skills she refined in her previous career seamlessly transition into skills necessary to exceed our client’s expectations time and time again. Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and playing softball in her spare time. Fun fact: her Freshman and Sophomore college softball teams were recently inducted into her university’s Hall of Fame!
Matt joined the Stephanie Cutter Group in 2018 as Operations & Marketing Manager, bringing with him a strong background in communications, marketing, and operations. He earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois. Matt began his professional journey at several of Chicago’s top radio stations, where he gained experience in marketing strategy, production, sound engineering, and even on-air broadcasting. He later transitioned to a suburban park district, where he was responsible for facility management, daily operations, marketing initiatives, and customer service, further strengthening his organizational and problem-solving abilities. At the Stephanie Cutter Group, Matt plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, consistent branding, and effective support for clients and the team. Outside of work, Matt enjoys downhill skiing, playing hockey, cycling, and spending time with his family.
