We can’t say enough positive things about Stephanie Cutter and her team. A friend recommended Stephanie when we started talking about selling our condo in Uptown. We were ready for a change but didn’t know where to start. When Stephanie first came to our condo, we immediately felt at ease with her. She walked us through some simple cost-effective improvements we could make and talked us through all of the options surrounding selling and buying a new home. Her photographer took beautiful photos of our condo, and we received multiple offers within a week of listing, one of which was above listing price.

When we found a 2-flat we liked, she walked us through negotiations, highlighting pros and cons of offer options and tempering our expectations of the inspection results for an old Chicago home. After the inspection, she negotiated an additional significant price reduction for us. I originally purchased my Chicago home through Stephanie. In subsequent years she was always willing to take a call and do research to help me decide the right strategy as my life shifted, including when I made the decision to rent vs. sell when I found myself moving out of state for work. After 12 years of owning, when a tenant moved out, she once again helped me assess where the market stood and it was the right time for me to sell.
