My husband and I used Stephanie as our realtor when we were looking to buy house between December 2010-April 2011. Stephanie was the best. She showed us properties all over the city. We finally found a great place in Portage Park. Our first offer was rejected in favor of another offer. We thought we were out of luck, but a few months later Stephanie called us back to let us know the house was back on the market. We made an offer that day and got the house! Stephanie's great service continued even after we closed. Every month she sends us updates about the housing market, or home improvement, etc. She brings us a pie at the holidays, and occasionally she invites us to these sweet client appreciation parties (most recent one- at a pumpkin patch!).
